This was our first Christmas as a family. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable day. We ended up staying in all day and that was fine. To top it off, we followed the example of 'A Christmas Story' and ordered chinese take-out that evening. Ashton and daddy were up earlier, but we didn't start opening presents until about 10am. We made cinnamon rolls and watch 'A Christmas Story' in the morning. Chuck's parents skyped us for about a hour and we also made a lot of Merry Christmas calls to friends and family members. Ashton didn't know what was going on, but it was still fun to celebrate her 1st Christmas.
